You can apply through our official Careers Page on the website. Simply fill in the application form with your details, subject expertise, and experience. Applications submitted through the website are only accepted for review.

Do I need to submit my resume or teaching demo?

Yes, please upload your updated resume when applying.

What are the minimum requirements to apply?

- Passion for teaching and dedication to students’ growth.

- Good subject knowledge in your chosen subject(s).

- A laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.

- Familiarity with online teaching tools such as digital whiteboards, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

- Clear communication skills in English or regional language (based on subject and grade level).

Because we receive many applications daily, we may not be able to respond to everyone individually. If your profile matches our current requirements, our HR team will contact you directly for the next step.Otherwise Not.

Do you prefer teachers from Kerala only?

We welcome teachers from Kerala as well as from all over India & other countries. Our main focus is on the quality of teaching, communication skills, and passion for guiding students.

How will I know if I am shortlisted?

Shortlisted applicants will receive an email or WhatsApp message inviting them for an online interview or a short demo class. If you don’t hear from us within two weeks, your application may be kept on hold for future openings..

Is online teaching experience mandatory?

It’s a plus, but not mandatory. If you are new to online teaching but comfortable using digital tools like pen tab , whiteboards and video call platforms, we can provide basic training support.

Do I need to pay any fees to apply or attend training?

No, absolutely not. QUIDEI Individual Tuition Center does not charge any amount from teachers at any stage of the hiring process. The application, interview, and training are all completely free. We strongly advise applicants to stay alert and avoid any third-party individuals claiming to collect money on our behalf.

Are part-time or flexible options available?

Yes, we offer both part-time and full-time online teaching roles depending on the subject demand and your availability.
